Sancton Village Hall re-opened in 2012 after a major refurbishment. It is a simple timber-clad building with entrance hall, kitchen and main hall and is fully accessible to wheelchair users. It possesses 5 stars for food hygiene.
The main hall is a simple wooden floored room with capacity for 80 people maximum seated around tables and a maximum of 100 standing.
Business and commercial bookings = £15 per hour (or part hour)
One-off bookings for personal events = £15 per hour (or part hour) + £50 deposit refundable if no damages
Not for profit groups regular booking = £5 per half-hour (or part half-hour) 20% discount for Sancton based groups
Note: hirers should allow sufficient time for set up and wind down.
The hall is available until 10.30
Light refreshments, ie. tea, coffee and biscuits can be provided for business bookings at additional cost of £1 per cup. Catering for light lunches can be provided – please ask for details

1.00p.m. – 3.00p.m. Table Tennis – all equipment provided, coaching by former G.B. Olympic table tennis coach available. Entrance by donation – beginners and improvers welcome
4.30p.m. – 5.30p.m. Pilates. friendly group with experienced teacher – all equipment provided, just wear comfy clothers. Cost £5 per session payable on the day.
10.30a.m. – 12 noon First Tuesday every month, coffee morning and pop in to meet friends old and new. Everyone welcome.
1.30p.m. – 3.00p.m. First and Third Tuesday of every month. Toddlers and Parents Sancton. Come and enjoy a chat and meet parents and children from baby to pre-school.
4.30p.m. – 6.30p.m.Table Tennis – all equipment provided, coaching by former G.B. Olympic table tennis coach available. Entrance by donation – beginners and improvers welcome
