Built before the first world war as the estate hall for the Parkfield Estate. Given in trust to the Parish Council and the North Ferriby Village Hall Trust in 1953.

It is a brick building with off-white rendering and a tiled roof. It briefly comprises a large main hall with stage and beautiful wooden flooring, dance studio, GP surgery, medium sized function room and a small meeting room. Well equipped kitchen.

The Village Hall Trust is a registered charity.
